The software use at the California School of Law is so good that technical problems rarely occur, but when they do our tech support is here to help.
The California School of Law has tech support available for students during the week days so if the student knows they have a problems can be resolved prior to class. If students have tech problems during class on Tuesday or Thursday night, someone is always at the tech support desk.

With microphone or speaker problems, while in Elluminate go through the Audio Setup Wizard

ExamSoft Solution Center
If the issue has to do specifically with a certain exam, you need to call Tech Support at the school not ExamSoft.

Sometimes the scoring is temporarily disabled on a lesson when there is an issue with it.
